Meeting Minutes: 1/9/2026 Read below the special meeting minutes of the Lopez Rec District on January 9th, 2026.
Lopez Rec is a locally governed Parks & Recreation District dedicated to expanding access to recreational programs, facilities, and community resources for all island residents, funded and directed right here at home.
As part part of our effort to continue learning and listening to how the public feels about this important community funding conversation, we have created an anonymous feedback form to better understand your perspectives.
In addition to our anonymous feedback form, we’ve scheduled a series of listening sessions so that our community has an opportunity to provide feedback. We want to gather input on a future levy, possibly on the November ballot. Come share your ideas!
Please join us at any of the following listening sessions:
Tuesday, June 30th, 10:30am - 12:00pm Picnic Table at Village Green
Tuesday, July 7th, 2:30 - 3:30pm Library Meeting Room
Wednesday, July 15th, 11:00am - 12:30pm Village Green Picnic Tables
Wednesday, July 15th, 7:00 - 8:00pm Library Meeting Room
Saturday, July 18th, 12:00 - 1:30pm Islandale Picnic Tables
